I have a lot of died hard cheese fans say this was one their favorite all time cheese shows. This was my 90th cheese show and I personally was very disappointed in it for it being one of their last. The show started very slow and transitions very sloppy. Unless its Jerrys birthday you dont have ride the deads coatails that much when cheese is very well capable of doing their own thing especially when it supposed to be your last shows. Shakedown, Slipknot teases, I know you Rider, Tangled up in Blue(Dylan song but Jerry brought it to life), come on? Thats how they go out? I want to remember cheese for cheese not for them kissing ass to deadheads and catering to kids who never got a chance to see the dead. As much as I love cheese I agree with Billys unfortunate choice to leave the band and stop trying to "fuel a psychedelic vein and away from the Americana folk roots" like he said. Once keith is wearing make up and there is an inflatable penis flying in the crowd you know something is just wrong. Very, very, sad. I am so glad I have plenty of other great memories of this band.

This was my favorite show of the tour, but I was slightly biased. Shakedown was a nice surprise, and I`ll take Drew singing Dylan any day. I`m not usually a big Howard fan but this one was huge. Highlight of the show was definitely the Black Clouds Reprise, with Billy just shredding it and the whole band building to the crescendo perfectly.

I have LOVED what I have heard from WC. So sad that I missed it. :0( Now, LET`S BRING ON SOME SUMMER DATES!!! CAN WE SAY HORNINGS? PLEEEEEEEEEAAAAASSEEEEEE!!!!

wow. My brain is just a pile of mush in the ocean of my head after this week! I got a jelly tattoo at new years and they didn`t play the song, so I was stoked to get it on tuesday. What an awesome ending to an awesome week. All I know, is that I know you rider at the end....what a spiritual high with the lights on looking at all the faces I shared the energy of the night with...Everyone was on a different level singing that. Thank you so much cheese.

Thank you so much String Cheese, you will never know how much your music has meant to me over the past 3 years. I have learned so much from the scene at the shows about loving and caring for complete strangers, I have never met such an ecclectic group of good people in my entire life under one roof.
