YOU KNOW A SHOW IS GOOD WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF POSTING A REVIEW AFTER JUST HEARING THE FIRST DISC.(DOWNLOADING THE 2ND NOW.)ANYWAY,FROM THE AWESOME INTRO INTO THE FIRST FEW SECONDS OF SHIBUYA ,I WAS HOOKED.THIS IS MY FIRST GALACTIC SHOW AND I WANNA HEAR MORE,KEEP `EM COMING!!!!ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT FROM THIS WAS CRAZYHORSE MONGOOSE AND BONGO JOE WITH THE DJ.THE GUEST VOCALIST ADDED A NICE TOUCH I THOUGHT,BEAUTIFUL VOICE BY THE WAY.AND THE INSANE NEVER CALLED YOU CRAZY W/J5 WAS OFF THE HOOK!A LOT OF REVIEW FOR THE FIRST HALF,GETTING READY TO LISTEN TO THE REST.LOOKING FORWARD TO THE WHOLE LOTTA LOVE AND RAINY DAY WOMEN.WHO KNOWS,MAYBE I`LL HAVE TO COME BACK TO PRAISE THE SECOND HALF.I COULDN`T WAIT TO REVIEW THE SHOW THOUGH,THANKS TO BANDS LIKE GALACTIC WHO MAKE REAL MUSIC,WHICH IS BECOMING RARE THESE DAYS.GREAT SHOW,PEACE!

I love the fact that Galactic is finally releasing shows, but the low end sound on this recording pretty much stinks. It is a great show, don`t get me wrong, but if I pay $10 for a show, it should really be mixed well and sound pristine. Maybe these will get better with time???

Great show from start to finish. Definately worth the download. It`s solid, driving dirty funk. I wasn`t at this show, but after listening, I`m am making a point of catching this band next time they swing through my neck of the woods.

So i have seen galactic and J5 before at festival`s and other shows, but what made this show stand out was the intro. I don`t think most people really grab how impactable galactic is to music history. And about the cost of the show, when we are old and can`t play our cd`s from the past, this live download`s is going ot have it on file. So thank you for helping music lover`s get thier music. I am still waiting for a drive-in-movie at a festival. Everyone should to jazzfest at least once, support the bands who never stop playing.

Great show. The Palace has got to do something about putting more bathrooms in there though. Ridiculous line up there. Bad business. Couldn`t drink beer!

show was awesome, loved ivan neville`s sit-in. however i don`t think anyone knew who the lady singer was- don`t think she was ever introduced!-highlights were crazy horse mongoose and any and all of stanton`s fills. j5 came out for "never called you crazy" and wish they could have jammed with them longer! they were rockin`! all in all, a good time. jazzfest baby!!!
