Wow. You know you`re spoiled when you complain about seeing a show like this. I respect constructive criticism and I acknowledge that this is not the greatest show ever played, but please people, there is one thing that all the brownies and booze in the world can`t fix and that`s a bad attitude. What do we have on this setlist? A great Dudley`s, a beautiful Tom Thumb`s Blues, a kickin` Little Hands, and a nice long jam on Blackberry Blossum. It also irks me to hear so much negativity about this Rivertrance. First of all, I feel like eveyone is creating a review based solely on what they see as the show`s worst moment. What about the rest? Secondly, I listened to the Rivertrance, and it does slow way down, but that doesn`t sound like an accident. Boo hoo if you don`t want drums in the middle of your Rivertrance. That`s what you get, and if you want to bitch about it like a bunch of bratty teenagers then stay home where you can bore yourself listening to your two favorite shows on repeat. Leave my scene to those open-minded individuals who are willing to leave art to the artists. Plus, no one has mentioned the sick Pack It Up Jam after the drums. There`s your old-school Kang, doubting Thomas. Have a little patience please, and remember to be grateful for the experience you get. Don`t go down the road of the bitter Phish fan, moaning about the glory days.

That was my first show. First time listening to them. Tight ass music. Thanks to the security guard who let me up next to the stage and to the dude who shared a joint with me. I`ll be back!

all these people talking about how great a show this was need to silence themselves. Great setlist, not great show. i was completely wasted after downing a brownie and some drinks. The show should have been incredible, it was not. The only thing i remember being tight was the friend of the devil which was jammed pretty well. When the opened with Lost i was like boom, this is going to be a phat show. 2nd time i`ve seen cheese and both times i thought they were anything but good. They seemed to be on auto pilot up there. None of the musicians really connect in my mind. Michael kang just doesn`t seem to play like my old recordings of him. I love nershi, kyle, and m. travis but the new percussionist is a no talent ass clown and mosley does nothing for me. I wish i had seen them back in 2000-2001

yea rivertrance is an awesome jam, but it went to a complete hault at one point, i didnt know what that was all about, that was when kyle looked really frustrated.

Thank you, i knew i was not that only one that heard it... kyle was frustrated all night and it was obvious... Cheese is known for its intensity and it just wasn`t there... it was more just chill drinking music or something... but i still love me some cheese

I agree with Seth. I`ve seen around 40 shows, including Myrtle Beach, Charlotte, and both nights of the Fox from this run. Little Hands was smokin`, Blackberry Blossom was the show IMO. Everything else lacked the intensity that I`m used to seeing. May have been due to the sound being extremely low...and I noticed Kyle too...he looked frustrated most of the night. Dirk was fairly standard, Jellyfish didn`t really take off, Rivertrance didn`t have a jam...went straight into Drums, which was good, but I`d rather see drums after a song, not substituting a jam, especially a Rivertrance jam. This show wasn`t bad, by any means, just not that great. HUGE difference between the way they played in Charlotte and the way they played on Friday night in Atlanta. Atlanta was SMOKIN!!! This is a review board, by the way, not just the "Good Review" Board. Sorry for being honest, but that`s just MY OPINION.

man i don`t know. ive seen 9 shows total but i listen to the music religously. i was at charlotte and both nites at atlanta and all three were off the stove top, out of the fire, rocking the tree. damn i love this beautiful music. the energy was banging and these three shows i just saw will go down in time as the cheese music. peace out fellow cheese heads may the music last forever and the shows keep on coming. ps i was wearing" the cheese hat" at all three shows.
