Super short Set 1, but fantastic. Poor Jerry was in rough shape. You can literally hear it. Overall though, a really nice show.

Favorite first set of the ‘80s. Veritably jumps out of the speakers with energy and execution. Long live The Grateful Dead.

an all time fantastic show with Jerry's voice in rough shape, mind you, pretty sure thats either Grover or Oscar from Sesame Street handling lead vocals on at least Mississippi Half Step, especially right before the outro coda.

Yes!! Why don't we do it in the road!! Phil's all over this. Got to be shortest fist set, but man what a set. No loose threads, it's just tight. Just right. Some straight up good times man. Bird Song is limitless One of my favourite Dancing in the Street cuts too.
