What a magical Friend of the Devil

Oh, hell yes! Hot show. Jerry delivers cracking versions of Friend of the Drvil, Deal, and Black Peter. This is why we're here. ****

Really dig the Mexicali Blues on this show!

Loved that second set!

This show is solid all the way through. I have always liked a stand alone Second Set Franklin s and this one does not disappoint. The song choice is interesting as well. Women are Smarter coming out space. A syrupy Spoonful makes the medicine go down.

Really surprised that Dave didn’t save this for a pick!

Some unusual pitch issues in the opener. Standard charmingly messy ‘85 stuff overall. Sounds great, some really great playing from Jerry.
