Pulled up about halfway through this set full of blissful ignorance. I’d only heard of this band because of Nugs and subsequently their presence on the Freak Fair lineup. What a fun time these guys were! As someone who has long enjoyed Billy Strings’ cover of New Country Blues, getting the real deal from Drew and co. was a great way to close the set. They also crushed Down in the Hollow at the end of Billy’s set if you get a chance to listen. Thankful for being able to catch these guys and learn a little bit. Will definitely be keeping an eye out for future dates!
