This show is killer! Outstanding song selection and musicianship. US Blues to close the first set. Awesome. I went to all 3 Rosemont shows about a week later. The band was firing on all cylinders for sure. Spring 89 was smokin hot leading into the even hotter summer 89 tour. This App is phenomenal!

I hadn't ever listened to this show until it was released here or really any of these spring 89 shows (beside Download series vol.10) this show and the following night are great, fantastic tour dare I say as good as the spring 90 tour that everyone knows and loves

This is a hot show man. I love all the "Blue" songs in honor of the Wolverine's recent big game win. Why didn't they play "Blues for Allah"? HA!

That FIRST Set!!!!!! That’s how you start a Show!! Love how Bob shoehorns Michigan in the lyrics for a few songs. 2nd set is great plus the mix is Great. This app has me really getting into later Dead.

Excellent playing, vocals better than usual. Some interesting takes on old nuggets (Cumberland for one). Listen: all the instruments are clear, Dead playing as one.
