Yes ...the set the show the band is just as good as it gets... actually it's better than that. What really soothes the soul is a review from someone that was there and a review from someone who's parents were not even born yet. The music is timeless and will be heard and cherished by the future not yet born as well...and that is why this is a family and the best band that ever was.

This is a peaceful Sunday Night with the Grateful Dead. 52 years later baby and it's still peaceful and we're still trying to stay as high as the Dead took us back in San Francisco 2/24/74. The blues. The soul. The rhythm. It speaks. And this show doesn't stop speaking. US Blues is a straight up opener. It's tight. It's confident. It's got it. Mexicali Blues has that up tempo kick to it. Keeps the lift. Keeps the push. Right up along the line until we hit Brown Eyed Women, a real favourite of mine, and this outing baby, it's as good as May '77 and April '78. It's slow, it's steady. It's strong. The solo, that mind bending solo. Never a misfire. Jerry always brought it. Sits in my Top 10 BEW performances. Close to Dane County. The solo has a blues backbone busting out brief. But it fits. It works. It keeps us on baby. Rider, El Paso, Loser. It's all happening. PITB is on fire. This show is a vibe x

Awesome show! Neither of my parents were even born yet but I really dig it. The Playing in the Band jam is definitely memorable. I also enjoyed this Dark Star. Definitely gave Spanish jam vibes. Bobby and Jerry really cooking here.
