I only heard this gem for the first time recently, and it ignited a fascination/obsession with just how weird/wonderful Phil’s playing was in ‘83. (That’s a great rabbit hole to venture down btw) I’ve listened to it more than several times before this wonderful app was born, now it’s with me constantly. The Shakedown is probably my favorite track from this show, but really, grab some great headphones or large speakers, turn it up and strap yourself in for the whole show, because PHIL!!

Days before the start of my senior of high school. Blazed to the show and back from Seattle with two mates. First time driving through that part of the world. Beautiful scenery. Venue was less than half full, especially after the first set, when a lot of the locals cleared out. One of my odder Grateful Dead show experiences. So glad to have it here to relive the magic ??????
