These guys are playing on a whole other level right now! Every shoe gets tighter and more locked in. Every version of each song grows a little bit between performances, and it’s clear they’re spending time playing each shoe back, watching the film, and making the necessary adjustments before bringing it back on stage.
Whether it’s tightening up in some spots or laying back and keeping it loose in others, they’re making the right tweaks and taking the right risks — the end result is a Jimkata playing like you’ve never heard before. Old songs sound new, growing more complex and being taken further out there by the band than ever before. I’ve seen a LOT of Jimmy Cooter over the last 20 years and this is an entirely different beast. Do Not Miss Them if you get the chance.
