This was my first Billy show and it was beyond phenomenal. His Blaze Foley story was awesome. Gild the Lily and Creek were absurdly good and stole the show.

not bad for my first ever billy strings concert! words truly cannot describe the atmosphere plus the experience that was presented here for my buddy and i. i consider it a blind experience just because i wasn’t to hip to all his music except for my buddy who put me on to his music overtime but leading up to the concert i decided to pull the trigger and buy ourselves a 1 way trip of a lifetime! psychedelics were involved and that made it all the more wholesome. and to find out it was all recorded it in entirety? time to relieve the magic over and over again (:

I was on the rail for this show and the others that weekend and it was amazing. Basically a religious musical experience that can’t be put into words. Royal probably has a metronome surgically implanted in his soul. These guys are the best show I’ve ever been to. By far. Out of any genre or band. Simply the best!

Love this show but the beginning of Creek is a John Hartford song called Presbyterian Guitar.
