This place was the most packed i've ever seen it, great crowd presence. The second set was phenomenal. as for the first set, a pretty unique resolution and a very intimate Dear Prudence.
The second set opened up with a very sweet Women wine and song, a nice long Hurt bird bath thats well worth it. A pretty typical spires leads into my personal favorite of the night, a Wappy Sprayberry thats one for the ages, just listen to the beginning intro and it sets the trippy tone for the rest of the song. Absolutely amazing, this sealed the deal for me that wappy is by far my favorite song. throw in a nice steely dan cover and an encore of the floor and 40's theme? one hell of a good time. Some good commentary throughout about stacik being from pittsburgh and whatnot. i hope they included the "here we go" closing after the music was done, the taper of the version i have left it in and it fits nicely
