Sipping on my Dunkin as I listen while working lol too perfect! Debut is sick, great new song! Not the longest of jams by SF standards but they were bringing the drippy, trippy vibes during the pantojam and really keeping it interesting in the LBF jam too. Solid set all around to open this leg of the tour!
Yes there are obvious influences but SF has definitely carved out their unique spot in the scene… the exploration in just about every jam (more psychedelic jams than UM and more complex/exploratory jams than tDB) while keeping the integrity of technically complex/interesting songwriting AND staying as tight as you can find in the scene is exactly why SF can’t and shouldn’t be slept on. Get in on ground level (well, close to ground level) folks, gonna be a wild ride as they only get better….
