A moment in time. How nice,during Creek jam,look across the vast chasm of a colliseum,and see everyboddddy up on feet dancing. all these guys out in isle kicking their feet up ,was truly inspiring for humanity, just happiness and compassion. very special. went to a concert this past weekend ,nobody was standing or doing anything, especially no dancing.Blew my mind. rock n roll band getting down,everybody sitting on their shooh shooh cutter. complacincy is not good.

I go back and listen to this show all the time. One of the best concerts I’ve been to, and hands down my #1 Billy show.

Possibly the most intimate recording of Billy in 2023, and I’m the first to comment; after re listening a couple hundred times? This whole show was absolute perfection on a seriously professional level. Billy has something that seems to alter reality. I mean reality is simply a bunch of vibrating matter, so why is it so crazy to think this cat knows how to cut reality right down the middle, like a hot knife through butter. Writing this comment while the year is coming to a close, this show was a highlight of my entire career. I just got back from the Greensboro show, and sure enough he cranked that knob further then before. It was my 11th show, and was the best one. Each one gets better and better. Each show is pure medicine. And this night in Athens, Georgia was absolutely insane. The triple encore was called for. Truly grateful to have been inside the Georgia Theatre on March 7th, 2023. One love.
