This was the most amazing concert that I have ever attended. The musicianship was impeccable but most remarkable was the stamina and energy throughout the 3 hours by Bruce. That 73 year old man had the sustained passion and joy of a 23 year old. Not once did he sit or leave the stage. The band got a breather but he played solo while they enjoyed a few minutes back stage. After 3 hours of hard rocking anthems, Bruce ended the show with an acoustic solo of his “ I’ll see you in my dreams.” It was incredibly moving, much superior than the album version with the band and certainly more poignant. Catch the show no matter what you have to pay or do.

It is great to have this recording as a keepsake for a memorable evening. Bruce remains at the top of his game, capturing multiple genres in 3 hours of his expected high energy and passion. I was able to upgrade my ticket and ended up in the first row of the floor seats. As is always the case, Bruce looks to please his audience. As a result, he exited the stage to run up the ramp and performed in front of us for Tenth Avenue Freeze Out I have been to more than 20 shows over 45 years, but this upfront view made for a very special experience, not to mention some terrific photos
