The Jayhawks are my wife’s favorite band and certainly in my top 10. We’ve seen them live maybe 30 times since those days at the Vic in Chicago or Milwaukee Summerfest circa 1993. A great college party band too. This show is a bit “tinny” compared to the more robust power of an actual live Jayhawks show (in a theatre or small venue), but I’m grateful it exists and I really wish we had more live Jayhawks here on nugs.net. Possibly the most underrated American alt-rock band…or just rock band…ever! I dare you to listen and not dig their harmonies and melodies.
