this was my first Dopapod show, and despite several rain delays, it did NOT disappoint! rumor is that a bunch of their gear was ruined in the rain. they'd walked off stage twice for rain delays, and when they came back on and started a third time, it immediately started raining again. Rob looked and Eli and said "Fuck it!" and played in the pouring rain, with no roof over their heads. That made a huge impression on me, that they were willing to risk ruining gear just to play to a medium sized home town crowd. a dozen shows later and I'm absolutely hooked.
