THE SHOW WAS INCREDIBLE. VENUE WAS REAL COMPACT WHICH MADE FOR A WILD NIGHT. DROVE UP FROM NASHVILLE WITH SOME FRIENDS. LOT SCENE WAS LIKE NOTHING ELSE I HAD EVER SEEN. NO LITTLE TINY BOPPERS JUST US TRUE SPREAD HEADS HAVING A DAMN GOOD TIME. SET LIST WAS REAL NICE. THE BAND NEVER SLOWED DOWN. NON STOP ROCKIN` OUT. JIMMY IS REALLY FINDING HIS GROOVE NOW WITHOUT JOHN KEANE SITTING IN ON THE STEEL. THIS ALLOWS JIMMY TO REALLY SHOW EVERYONE WHAT HE IS CAPABLE OF DOING. NEXT SHOW I WILL BE AT IS THE HUNTSVILLE SHOW NEXT WEEKEND. HOPEFULLY IT HAS THE SAME VIBE AS THE BIRMINGHAM SHOW DID FALL. EVERYONE STAY SAFE AND HAVE FUN. SEE YOU IN ALABAMA.

Popped my cherry! (4/5/2007 7:25:02 AM)
Okay everybody, I know the vast majority of you are rabid Panic fans, and I must admit, after last Friday I`m well on my way. I came down to the sprawling metropolis of Carbondale, IL (God forsaken town, I`ll never go back) from the Lou with a group of the afore mentioned maniacs for my very 1st Panic show. I`ll never forget it, you could feel the energy created by a gorgeous rendition of Little Wing and an electric Thin Air (my personal favorite right now, I`m stoked they played it) deep into the evening`s hotel room shenannegans. Never have I danced my ass off for 3 hours straight, or watched a basketball gymnasium full of white guys dance their asses off for 3 hours straight with soul that I must admit took me by surprise. Too bad I have to miss Saturday at Wakarusa, but you better believe I`ll be a sweaty mess after the Bonnaroo sets. I heart Panic. (Joanna, St. Louis).

Jojo was high out of his mind, he looked like a 5th grader trying to take the SATs. He didn`t snap out of it until Papas Home. if you want to download a good show, get the 2nd night of KC (the Ride Me High is worth the download by itself)

SWEET LOT AND SHOW!!! (4/4/2007 8:35:05 PM)
OK so I personally thought this was an extremely solid show. The lot was very very cool and the venue was extremely lenient... guess they didn`t know what they were getting into! Had seating only tix but was so toasted me and my lady thought what the hell lets hop on the floor NO PROBLEM! Now ten feet from JB we flipped for the Disco > Holden > Worry opener. Then came one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES that I waited through KC to see... HATFIELD!!!!! Man it was a fricken` doozy too awesome version. Love Tractor was rockin as always, but the Big Wooly Mammoth stole the set for me with an extended version that was full of energy. Solid rock was well... SOLID. Running from the bathroom and through security caught the intro to Ain`t Life Grand and at this point after the two INCREDIBLE missouri shows and this first set i had to agree with the band whole heartedly that life was grand. After about a half hour of boozin` in the parking lot we got back through floor security just in time to catch another ALL TIME FAVORITE... PLEAS OPENER!!! Loved the extended jam into a big Thin Air. This Clowns Come Home ROOOOOOOCKS and so does this Jack. The next segment of the show was absolutely blistering. Little Lilly was jammed out into a crowd pleasing Red Hot (SMOKING) Mama which melted into another personal favorite Papa`s Home. Vampire Blues stole the second set for me and is SUUUCH A GREAT SONG! Chilly was decent leading up to this UNREAL ENCORE. I mean can you really ask for much more than a LITTLE FRIGGEN` WING > ACTION MAN encore?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Icing on my three night tour run cake. The downer of this show was the fairly lame non-energetic floor but i still grooved my ass off so no biggie.
PANIC WITH HERRING WILL SOON RULE THE EARTH SO WATCH OUT!!!
