If the interlocking guitars helped to define the 80s incarnation of King Crimson then it’s surely the interlocking drums that provides much of the current band’s character. One of the very first pieces to have been written for the Drumsons, the subtlety Hell Hounds Of Krim, with its careful attention to tonal colour and seamless baton-passing, really highlights the underpinning concept that the work of one supports the work of the whole.
