Bruce and the E Street Band kick off the 2025 tour of Europe with a 27-song set. It’s Springsteen’s first full concert of the year, and falls on the same date he first performed in Manchester on The River tour in 1981. HIGHLIGHTS: Tour premieres of “Rainmaker” (from 2020’s Letter To You) in its debut performance; “Murder Incorporated,” returning for the first time since 2017; and “Chimes of Freedom” (written and recorded by Bob Dylan), which closes the encore, its first appearance in an E Street Band show since 1988. “My Love Will Not Let You Down,” “My City of Ruins,” and “Born in the U.S.A.” return to the set; “House of a Thousand Guitars,” last performed in 2023, is performed solo acoustic.
