This was Metallica's 17th performance in Norway since first performing in Oslo on September 25, 1986. This was only the second time that they've visited Bergen, which is over 450 km away from Oslo. They first performed in Bergen just a few months prior to the release of Death Magnetic on July 16, 2008.
"King Nothing" was performed in Norway for the first time since 1999. This show also featured the first performance of "The Day That Never Comes" in over a year as it was last played in Werchter, Belgium on July 3, 2014. Both "Metal Militia" and "The Frayed Ends of Sanity" were performed in Norway for the first time.
