“I’d rather be watching Sportcenter than playing at this Music Festival… I want anger I want drama”

Band is all ready for a super funky evening at Troutstock Music Fest. It was a cool July night and a cool set. The whole band is wearing their custom KSC hockey jerseys. Mono Means One played a killer set earlier in the night and the bands linked up a few months later for a couple dates in the Northeast.

Some solid jams first few songs. Nothing too crazy. Dust Mites gets out there. Fun vocal sax guitar play at the end of Short Skirt. “Me & My Lady” is one of the happiest times in a man’s life when he’s driving in his Chevy Pickup Truck and he’s got his lady shotgun and he just feels free. Ben teases “Short Skirt” riff in solo. Brian mistakenly addresses the audience as if we were in Vermont. Thank you Cleveland. Louis plays bass for “Sports.” Lots of Jupiters. Two Uranuses in a row. You probably pay for cable if you drive a Cadillac home from work. Bruno Mars meets David Byrne meets Sesame Street Wineglass Television theme. Cars into “Electric Funeral” in honor of the bat prince’s recent ascent into the land beyond. Then an electric cheddar to wrap things up.
