“We almost died… but we didn’t die”
KSC’s triumphant to Denver. This time at Cervantes Masterpiece wrapping a 4 night run with Doom Flamingo.
A little Emulsification to loosen up the spirits. Lemme get some saxophone! Right into the epic “I am the Wheel.” It could happen to you Denver! “Shanti” next. This version would make him so happy. “Marty Song” with vocal jam and the usual ripping sax. Extended “Doomsday”-esque improvised jam leading into a swift “Cheddar.” Shreddy guitar into major bliss. Into slow Cheddar!
“Checkin Out” coming out in a week and a half as of this recording. Strong upbeats in the sax solo.
Ross Bogan from Doom Flamingo joins the band on keys for “Two Legs, Two Feet.” Usual Ben shred followed by a Ross shred. Highly recommend.
“Snow Day” in honor of the snow. Lou hops on bass for a rendition of Viagra Boys “Sports” with Brian on lead vox. He loves sports yo. The thing he loves second most though is fairy tales. “Porridge” is about Rapunzel. Shout out to Sebastian, whose house and pizza helped inspire “Marijuana Timewarp.” Excellent sax/guitar duel in “Funky Cat.” Louis got the whole crowd singing along.
Cars> Rick Roll. “Denver, we’re never gonna give you up”
